Nagesh Kukunoor is an impressive story teller, His movies has an image which are feel good and had substance. With an impressive cast John Abraham Sonal Sehgal, Girish Karnad, Farida Jalal one would expect a interesting movie from Nagesh.But the movie becomes a boredom at a point ,and you find it very difficult to sail along with the movie. Naan Mahan Alla comes in shades of Pollathavan and Suseendran knowingly or unknowingly has lots and lots of resemblances of Vetrimaran’s movie.I was impressed with the way movie went on the first half with humour and no nonsense romance and All along the movie was able to hold the grip of an entertainer genre.
