Any body would think What’s so special in this movies to be listed in AFI‘s Top 100 movie list. In the outset if the story line is alone just read it’s a very ordinary 30 yrs old movie of saving a lover .But what stands so stunning and impressive of the movie is the way its being presented with impeccable work on camera and cast. I was amazed how movies can be made in such a complex format looking truly interesting. Directed by Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez based on three works of Frank Miller Hard Good Bye, That Yellow bastard ,The big Fat kill Sin city revolves round different characters with different level of thirst in a retro world .It punches around with each moment with the characters so intensely and capriciously of what the comical world is to present with real characters.

One of the major success of the movie is the irritating camera by which its shot nonchalantly with some dangerous angles and in a dark mystifying color(Shot in first time with Sony HDC-950). I can not remember such a dark color in any movies. Its really disturbing for you to watch the dark shades of human desire in dark coloring, It pitches perfect with thoughts where you will realize on the slower pace that this movie has taken completely to a newer experience. Watching this kind of movies where the characters are nothing but uncanny makes you also stick to the mood for a while. For a while after watching these movies ,Movies are not only movies. I was struck hard when experiencing the feel with the characters complex way of treating with life and hard hitting treatment.

Dt.Hattigan (Bruce Willis) and the beast Man Marv (Mickey Rourke) gives the stupendous performance which had made to feel the movie more than a graphic demonstration.
Beautiful vandal

Every body hit, every body kills and get killed and come back very strongly .How is that ? Logical interpretation should be sent packed while watching this. Showing a socially stigmatic and wicked ruling environment is not a task with a two hours movie. Hookers, Murderers, Bouncers every where, I obviously longing for a pure soul through out the movie. That wasn’t fulfilled till the movie ended. Each character had to show some thing on the wrong side with a act of practice .Crime is shown as a practice and it oozes out in every body’s action and it can be justified only in Celluloid. The action bolts were like real war in dark. Performances of Michael Madsen, Elijah Wood, Rutger Hauer, Brittany Murphy Benicio Del Toro Elijah Wood, and Rutger Hauer gave me a feeling of doubt towards the real life. They were nailed to the comical characters. Especially memorable is Rourke He stands in the movie like a cast iron and moves like a Jumbo which makes impossible to lay him down.

Sin City needs predetermined thought about this movie, since this movie may mislead that it’s a insane movie with the camera and the dark characters. I am sure its tough call to make preconceived notions about a movie. But for a movie with Bruce Willis,Rober Rodriguez, and Quentin Tarantino its worth haveing preconclusions about a movie
