Uffff….I am sick of this trend which is in Tamil cinema .The dada formula is really getting over boarded in Tamil cinema. It all started with Dhool and its now is a nonsense state where you don’t find any thing new.Vishal’s growth over the two years is astounding as a action hero. He stands by it and gives a guarantee of a hit.But one thing how could one hero choose the same story line for three of his movie.Vishal has Sandaikozhi,Thimir and Malaikottai with same story line.Hero hitting a dada in his place and then Dada groups chasing him till the climax and atlast Hero burries every body.This is a real sick in Tamil movie. How much interesting in the screenplay also this really spoiling the growing cinema by all means. Malaikottai directed by Boopathipandian is set in Trichy for a difference. (Thank God its not Madurai).Director do not have high ambition on his work other than the usual formula of Six stunts, five songs,romance.So is Malaikottai.Pazhani (Kannada veteran actor Devaraj)

In the outset if the story line is alone just read it’s a very ordinary 30 yrs old movie of saving a lover .But what stands so stunning and impressive of the movie is the way its being presented with impeccable work on camera and cast. I was amazed how movies can be made in such a complex format looking truly interesting. She immediately responds "No dad it’s a lie Life doesn’t goes on !” .Thats this movie's crux.Life doesn't move for the characters.Its been dragged and coiled around instances which they create of their own. Its really some times different feeling to watch a movie with non linearity screenplays. Totally it defines a movie in nervous moments with considerably great level of work in editing and scriptwriting. To make a movie of which do not fit in to to the usual story telling calls for a genuine proficiency in mastering the script .I could make it in a precise way of the techniques implied on this way of non linear script after watching 21 Grams.Any body would say Editing plays a important role in these movies.I could say Editing is the only tool for non linear movie plus correlation of sequences.

Every time when I watch and enjoy a movie with usual formula of Romance ,Comedy,Macho Villain, ferocious Chases ,Challenges I always get reminded that I am a Tamil movie fan above any thing. Child beauty pageant is one of the most disturbing thing which is spreading every where, Little Miss Sunshine shows and proves why those shows are culturally corrupting to young nascent minds. Little miss sunshine can not be in the list of usual way of movie making, its so different in the sense it had a real expressions flowing through out the movie. First things First .This is not a commercial movie or a movie with comedy sequence, action,or heroism. This movie is a complete realization of unprompted emotions and nothing more. I liked the movie and commercial movie lovers would really find it so boring for the pace it has carried. Ammuvagiya Naan had impressed me for the uncompromising story line.I would not call it a brave attempt but it’s a impressive attempt for Padma Mahan .When the whole industry is sticking to Gangster formula it’s a real good attempt and the director makes it lovable also with his screen play. Writer Gowri shankar ( Parthiban ) exploring for his next work on Commercial Sex workers where he meets Ammu ( Bharathi ) who grows in Brothel . Gowri shankar decides to make his story on Ammu ,At a point he marries her.He finishes his book “ Ammuvagiya Naan ” and the book finds itself in the Final list in the Jury for Literary award. I should have spent this Saturday evening by taking a nap ,But after repeated warning from my friends I opted to go for Ramgopal Varma Ki Aag the unofficial Sholay remake.Sailing across the city traffic and when I reached the movie had just began ,I was cursing myself “Oops I missed the first scene”.What I have gained by watching this movie is a severe head ache.I am not Kidding it’s the fact and I feel every body would have got the same who had watched it. Right from the start the movie looks horrible and it took me for a dreadful ride which made me to feel for decision. Sholay released in 1975 is the benchmark,for Indian film Industry.It laid the formula of Powerful Villain,Friendly heroes,Item number songs to Indian films.It’s such a gem of a creation which even Ramesh sippy can not make of it again.Some of the reasons which I would say for its valueless fame is the Dialogues of Salim – Akthar ,Music of RD Burman , Hema Malini Dharmendra love sequences and above all Gabbar
