Heyy Babyy(2007)

Its been three months that I have watched a comedy film. On the new releases I didn’t have much of choice but to select Heyy Baby. This is a movie to forget your tensions and enjoy for a short while and continue.Akshay’s popularity is growing day by day ,and with continuous hits he has become the sure shot winner of the bollywood.Nonsense wit is the bullet of Akshay’s performance, not to deny we will enjoy thoroughly when he is making the nonsense in the screen.Same like Garam Masala ( I had a serious doubt whether this movie is shot in the same house where Garam Masala movie was shot) Heyy Baby also has the same flirty humor to begin with.

Heyy Baby is about three friends Arush(Akshay Kumar),El(Fardeen Khan), Tanmay(Rithesh Deshmukh)who live in Sydney and spend their life flirting around in bar and clubs. A newborn enters in to their house with a note to three of them.Life tumbles for the three with the kid and then stands erect.Easha (Vidhya Balan ) claims its her daughter. The confrontation prolongs till the usual all well end.Directed by Debutant Sajid Khan ,Movie stars Booman Irani,Anuphem Kher and Kim sharma in small roles. There is a surprising guest role also.

Required to feed the baby continually and clean her and change the diapers continuously and shop for her the trio had given a good package of comedy with the particular mentioned sequence.Shot mostly in indoor localities Heyy Baby never irritated by the screen play and the music. Because I never cared on both of it. My intentions were very clear to look the movie as a comedy package and I got the full value for money.

The best thing about the movie is it does not revolve around Akshay and Vidhya Balan .The trio Akshay,Fardeen and Hiritesh equally make screen appearance to make us laugh. Impressive performance from the three from comedy and make viewers feel on the emotional scenes over their Baby. It was really tricky the crew waited for the baby to Grow over a period of time to show differently at the end of the film.I could really see the difference in the kid from the beginning to the end.

Hiritesh Deshmukh stunningly steals the show with his body language among the three and the scene where he fights with the Kids makes a real mark for his performance. This movie is for not any thing to be viewed on but for forgetting yourself and enjoy .Don’t look for logic because surprisingly the movie abides all logic and it’s a straight comedy film out of instances.
