Life In Metro (2007)



I really wonder where these movies are taking us towards..I dont deny this movie is crafted on real and day to day life style in Metro.But this movie lets you a strong engrave which lets you with no answer on any means.Love,Career,Money,Success, and what next???But still this is one of the shocking movies made on mad metro life around sex,money and Love
I wonder the way the bollywood movies directly getting adopted to Hollywood movies in their style and story telling especially Director Anurag Basu.Murder,Gangster and now with Metro.
His earlier movies were adopted from Perfect Murder ,Unfaithful,Now I see some scenes from many Hollywood movies.
The story revolves around five different pairs-Dharmendra-Nafisa,Konkanasen-Irfan Khan,Shiny Ahuja-Shilpashetty-Kaykaymenon -Kangana-Shamraan.
Movie is about deviating from written Usual relation Husband Wife to Boy friend,Boss to Subordianate ,Non straight relations
These pairs very beautifully crafted not to mention in their search of desires, meet ,get seduced,realise,goes back to the old graveyard.But this is not the oneliner,You have some unusual stuffs revolving around some true seraches.
The exception in this Dharm-Nafisa in their fag end of their life meet to make the love which is really adorable in many part of the scenes.Dharam is still rocking with Nafisa.
Shamraan steals the show totally(Like Rang De basanti),He totally makes you understand why he lends the keys of his apartment to his senior collegues for sex parties not to mention bedding.
Irfan khan Konkana sen making the laughs for the movies,Meeting thru shaadi portals and note this .......the way Irfan makes Konkana to shout at the appartment to cry and says"Good job Your servicing done Go go live with your life "
And the scene when he makes Konkana to realise "Life is to take chances",makes you feel why Irfan is now most wanted in many parallel movies.
Konkana is awesome and adorable and now is a height of her best.She smiles,Cries,hates,gets betrayed,Blushes all in a beautiful way...... She is amazing asusual with the way she expresses her
Music and the songs The songs of ‘Metro’ capture various moods and emotions. There are songs about love, life, pain, pathos, despair and hope.The song Alvida by Soham and James rocks and makes you feel the pain of betrayal.

I really doubt these movies really shows which life ??????....Life in Metro sure stinks and it searches now beyond love,Money and what not...The movie Metro is a worth watch ....to watch it for what the life around you revolves for ........definitely not sex,Money

There used to be days when I used to watch a movie twice, thrice or even five times in a theatre. Every one growing up watching Rajini, Kamal would definitely agree; Aboorva sagotharargal, Batsha, Kadhalukku mariyathai or many to name it.  It may be completely not possible today with the schedule and the amount of new content which streams before you. Some movies bring nostalgic moments when they are telecasted today. For example, I usually have it with Bombay, I remember watching it atleast 30-40 times in theatres in and around Tirunelveli. I have rehashed some of Tamil movies which is available in Youtube today which you should watch it again.  These were some of the movies which gave huge inspirations to film makers, script writers or be it any one loves cinema like me. Test it , first 15 minutes of any these movies and I bet you will sure complete the whole movie. With Silambattam Simbu needs a hit badly and he does what he knows the best.Dance and Action. Silambattam is a out and out Tamil Masala movie shot in a village atmosphere.Incidentally the Tamil cinema is able to break the Friday lucky day to release this movie on Thursday. Anantha Thandavam -The original Pirivom Sandhippom

Below is the write up about a movie which I expect so much for this year.The story has been my personal favorite and is based on one of the best Tamil novel which I have read so far.I happened to read the novel Pirivom Santhippom during my college days ,which made me to think aloud about love.Written by Sujatha the story was initially published in Anantha Vikatan in early 80’s.The story of Pirivom Santhippom is of two series first in Tirunelveli second part in America.After eight years I am able to recall each and every characters of the work.This has nothing to do with my memory but with the beauty of the book.The main characters are “Ragupathi and Madumitha “.After reading the book I felt there can not be a sweeter name than Madumitha .Even the name of the particular character while reading the novel will make you feel for Ragupathy.
