After so much of hesitation I went for My Name is Khan first day ,with zero expectation on Karan Johar Movie.I have had lots of irritating melodramatic stuffs in his previous movies,especially with Kabhi kushi kabhi Gham.I hated his creation like any thing.But this one.Not bad at all.Its a descent watch with great performance from Sharukh Khan. Off late am I becoming lazy in writing reviews ,the question I have to ask my self because my friend is cribbing me that I have become lazy on writing on movies.I write about this movie after a week .Thats bad.After twitter ,facebook participation my comments have been swift to them but blog has been pushed to second level.I need to work on it atleast for good movies like MNIK. There are some people who make movies which leaves you thinking.Anurag Kashyap is one such director.After his modern day take on Devdas its now Gulaal.Gulaal was supposed to be his lauch pad but got delayed due to many reasons.Gulaal is a different make over for Hindi film from the talented director leaving his captivated DevD. It could not be a chance that Sasikumar acted in subramaniapuram though he was Director of the movie.If he would have taken a decision by not acting in that movie I can very clearly say that we would have not got Nadodigal as intense and as interesting as its now.Nadodigal is a welcome movie after a series of debacle in Tamil industry this year. I was getting lots of Spam SMS about this movie and the poster of this movie was irritating for me .It read “ Tamil cinemavai mattra vanthirukkum oru thiraipadam “ meaning “ Movie which has come to change tamil cinema “.If you ask me frankly its so rubbish and idiotic to think as such even for publicity .I would definitely agree this movie had a different space but it had nothing new other than the characters because we don’t see any known faces. Every body said it’s a B Grade movie ,But some how I cant accept it ,Its a entertainer and I needed it badly.Jeeva rocks in the movie with his performance with the new girl Anuya ,SMS is a out and out entertainer with out any big story line.Movie directed by Rajesh is well supported by humour scenes of Jeeva and Santhanam. Siva a middle class guy who meets Sakthi in a train.Both have acceptance problem between them and they fight each other every time they meet and slowly they discover the love for each other.How Siva and Sakthi falls in love is SMS. Movie is noteable for the hilarious comedy by Jeeva and Santhanam through out.They make you laugh out with the day to day humour which we go through with our friends .There is romance in the movie which didn’t entertain me.For me it was good watch with avoiding usual dramatic finishes and sentiments.No wonder it’s a run away success in Chennai.

I was expecting this Director Suraj Movie very much as his previous ventures were impressive as a fast paced movie and had some good comedy track.Even Dhanush gave three impressive movies last year so I was totally expecting this movie.But Padikkathavan is a B Grade Movie in all aspects which fails miserably with some very slim chance and scope in all departments.
